How Many Sets/Reps? Whether your goal is weightloss, fatloss, musclegain, bodyrecomposition or just to improve your performance inside/outside the gym, knowing how many sets + reps to perform for your goals will have quite a dramatic impact on the amount of progress – rate of progress – you achieve. Just cuz goal is strength, muscle gain, or endurance does NOT mean you can’t use other sets/reps ranges in your workout. A combination of all three makes a lot of sense in most cases.
