Share your target daily macros goals below! Prepped goodness by Shannon Michelle – I wanted to post this weeks meal plan to talk a little about target macros. Heres an example of how the actual calories vs target calories are spot on but the balance of macros is not. In this case I have more fat and less carbs. Its possible to have the same amount of calories which are more skewed towards only one of the macros (for example a diet in mainly carbs or fat) but of course thats not balanced. _ A g
