Meet @paleobailey: I really considered not posting this because I'm just so… Naked. But I'm doing it anyway. I've been really hard on myself the last two weeks because of a "lack of progress". I made this comparison from May to now and I instantly realized there is no lack of progress and I'm a real asshole to myself sometimes. Share your target daily macros goals below! Prepped goodness by Shannon Michelle – I wanted to post this weeks meal plan to talk a little about target macros. Heres an example of how the actual calories vs target calories are spot on but the balance of macros is not. In this case I have more fat and less carbs.
