One of most slept on muscles is the traps. But growing them can really help your upper body just look a little bigger overall. Exercises like deadlifts, wide grip shrugs and rack pulls are great ways to develop you traps. If your main focus is building size onto your traps, try to include these exercises one to twice a week.-Also, you need to incorporate progressive overload if you want them to grow. Tomorow is the start of a new week a chance to start anew learn from the mistakes we made previously and wipe the slate clean. Realistically this doesn’t have to be done on Monday or new years day. Every day is a new fresh opportunity that we all tend to forget and take for granted. – I learned alot about myself this week. Like I did the previous week and the week before that. We never stop learning about ourselves as long as we keep awareness and actively work on bettering ourselves we will never stop learning and growing. – But when things start to go sour we have to make a choice. Carry on down that path that leads to misery and pain. Or grab the bull by the horns and fight it. Life will always throw challenges our way. But we are in control. Take control and make positive changes.
