Eat Stop Eat; the idea that introduced me to intermittent fasting. In conjunction with the anything goes diet, it helps me to stay within my weekly calorie goals and lose (or maintain) weight. Cut (calories) during the week, add in a couple of fasts, eat pretty freely on the weekends and enjoy myself.
